White named interim dean of education college

Lyle J. White, most recently professor and coordinator of counselor education in the College of Education and Human Services’ Department of Counseling, Quantitative Methods and Special Education, has been named interim dean of the college. White’s appointment, effective July 1, is subject to approval by the SIU Board of Trustees. More


New website will assist campus business functions

The university has a new website that provides centralized access to documents and other information to assist fiscal officers, delegates and other personnel involved with campus business processes. More


Parking Division announces upgrades

The Parking Division has contracted with T2, a unified parking technology company, to enhance its ability to provide services to university faculty, staff and students. The new parking management system offers several advantages that will include purchasing decals and paying parking citations online. More


SBDC earns statewide award for service, programs

The Illinois Small Business Development Center has won a Roger Luman Program Excellence Award from the Illinois Entrepreneurship and Small Business Growth Association. More


School of Medicine physicians named ‘Top Doctors’
