New website will assist campus business functions
The university has a new website that provides centralized access to documents and other information to assist fiscal officers, delegates and other personnel involved with campus business processes.
The campus business procedures website includes links to accounting, budget, employment, payroll, procurement and other business topics. The website includes new documents to provide guidance for most of the commonly used business functions, and a link to electronic forms library. Searches are available for account descriptions, object codes, and vendor information.
The website will be updated periodically and suggestions for additional content are encouraged. Suggestions should be sent to Julie McReynolds, assistant to the budget director, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
