‘Workout Wednesday’ examines spiritual well-being

The WellSIU “Workout Wednesday” from noon to 2 p.m., on April 29, will focus on spiritual wellness. To learn more about the benefits of spiritual wellness, visit the Thompson Point Fitness Center in Lentz Hall. During that time, any faculty, staff or retiree will have the opportunity to use the facility for free.
