Search committee for next SIU Carbondale chancellor to begin work
SIU System President Randy Dunn has appointed a search committee to seek a new chancellor for the Carbondale campus. The committee will be co-chaired by Carl Flowers, director of the university’s Rehabilitation Institute, and Meera Komarraju, chair and professor of the Department of Psychology. More

Sturgis Public Service Award nominations sought
The deadline for the annual Lindell W. Sturgis Public Service Award, which recognizes outstanding public service work by an SIU Carbondale employee, is March 30. More
Athletics director search committee appointed
The committee that will lead the search for a new director of intercollegiate athletics has been appointed by SIU System President Randy Dunn. Dunn said the committee will begin work immediately, and he hopes to fill the position this spring. More
