Vigil, ceremony highlight Veterans Day event

The university, VFW Post 2605, and the city of Carbondale will host a joint Veterans Day ceremony on Friday, Nov. 11, at the Veterans Memorial Plaza in Carbondale. More


South pedestrian overpass to close Tuesday, Wednesday 

The south pedestrian overpass walkway near the university’s power plant will close from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 8-9. Work on the power plant will require a crane to periodically lift items over the walkway during those times.

Toner and ink cartridge program underway
