Show features creations by fashion design students

Student designers will present their work at the 2016 Fashion Design and Merchandising Student Showcase and Fashion Show. The annual event by students in the university’s Fashion Design and Merchandising program is Thursday, April 21, in the Student Center ballrooms. More


Saluki softball faces Indiana State this weekend

The Saluki softball team opens the home portion of the Missouri Valley Conference schedule this weekend with a doubleheader against Indiana State, Saturday, April 16, at noon and 2 p.m. at Charlotte West Stadium. Fans are encouraged to wear black for the “Black Out Cancer” game. The Salukis wrap up the three-game series on Sunday, April 17, with a single game at noon. Tickets are available at the gate and are $5 for adults; $3 for faculty, staff, and children 13 and older; SIU students and children 12 and younger get in free.


University to host fourth annual Cyber Security Day
