Faculty and staff regalia orders due by Friday 

A representative from Herff Jones will be on campus from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday in Anthony Hall to assist faculty and staff in ordering regalia for the spring 2019 commencement on May 11. The order deadline to ensure the regalia arrives prior to commencement is Friday. Full story


‘Illinois Ethics Matters’ newsletter available 

The monthly Illinois Ethics Matters newsletter for March is available. The Office of Executive Inspector General publishes the newsletter to allow state employees to stay informed of current issues relating to ethics. The new SIU System Ethics Office website is at ethics.siu.edu. The website contains information regarding how to file a complaint, relevant contact information, and many other resources.


Simon Institute will host student summit aimed at helping revive, rebuild Illinois 

University students from around the state will come to campus later this month with the goal of developing strategies to revive and rebuild Illinois. Full story
