Chancellor’s Planning and Budget Advisory Council meets
The Chancellor’s Planning and Budget Advisory Council met Dec. 10 and discussed a summary of the university’s income and expenses over the last five years; the fiscal year 2020 tuition and fee proposal; and updates on state budget issues and planning. Jennifer DeHaemers, associate chancellor for enrollment management, also discussed recruitment and retention. A summary of the meeting is available online.
‘Illinois Ethics Matters’ newsletter available
The monthly Illinois Ethics Matters newsletter for December is available. The Office of Executive Inspector General publishes the newsletter to allow state employees to stay informed of current issues relating to ethics. The SIU System Ethics Office website is at ethics.siu.edu. The website contains information regarding how to file a complaint, relevant contact information, and many other resources.
