Salukis host critical conference game Thursday

The men’s basketball team hosts Evansville at 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 28, at the SIU Arena in a game that expected to have a big impact on the Missouri Valley Conference race. The Salukis are in second place in the conference, one game behind Wichita State; Evansville is in third place. Fans will have the opportunity to receive one of 500 roll banners given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fans can purchase tickets online at SIUSalukis.com, by phone at 877-SALUKIS (725-8547), or in person at the Arena ticket office. Fans are encouraged to get their tickets early to avoid lines on gameday.
