State of the System address is Thursday
Members of the university community are invited to attend President Randy Dunn’s State of the System address at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, in Student Center ballrooms C and D. A reception will follow.

Provide input on future of Carbondale
Faculty and staff are invited to provide input on the future of Carbondale as the city develops a downtown master plan. Visit the city's master plan development website to participate in residence and visual preference surveys and provide input through an interactive mapping tool. The university is partnering with the city to ensure that faculty, staff and students have the opportunity to weigh in on downtown development plans.
Lecture to focus on redistricting proposal
Cindi Canary, director of the effort to adopt the Independent Map Amendment, will discuss potential legislative redistricting in Illinois on Monday, Sept. 28. More
