‘Tuesday Trek’ is at 12:15 p.m., Tuesday, March 3. The 1.5- to 2.5-mile walk will begin at the Student Services Building Pavilion. In the event of inclement weather, the location will be the Student Recreation Center indoor track. If you are unsure if the location has changed, please email Brittney Pender or call the Personal Fitness and Wellness Studio at 453-1272.

Research shows that walking at least 30 minutes a day can help reduce the risk of heart disease, which is the country’s No. 1 killer.
