Friendly competition helps stock Saluki Food Pantry
Numerous departments and groups across campus held a Thanks Giving Back Food Drive competition this fall to help stock the Saluki Food Pantry shelves.
W-2 forms will be available online through HRSS
All university employees have the ability to view and print their W-2 form through Human Resources Self Service – the same platform that employees already visit to view their paystubs. This service, available to faculty, A/P and civil service staff, graduate and undergraduate assistants and students, allows employees to receive their W-2 form as soon as it is available without waiting for mail delivery.
‘First Rainbow Coalition’ screening, panel discussion is Dec. 1
A film that looks at a groundbreaking, multi-ethic coalition that broke down barriers in Chicago in the late 1960s will be shown next month at the Carbondale Public Library.
Alumni Association has holiday online store
Need something for your favorite Salukis for the holidays? The SIU Alumni Association has a limited time, pop-up online store. Traditional SIU logo gear and apparel along with “Throwback” T-shirts featuring some of Carbondale’s popular ‘80s and ‘90s venues are available. Orders are accepted through Dec. 1. SIU Today holiday schedule
There will not be an issue on Thursday, due to Thanksgiving. SIU Today will return Dec. 2. The last issue prior to Christmas break will be Dec. 12. SIU Today will resume on Jan. 6.
