Faculty, staff asked to complete survey 

Today, Monday, March 6, the SIU Diversity Council is sending all faculty and staff a survey asking about views and experiences related to diversity on campus. The findings will help the council develop a diversity plan that includes and supports every member of the SIU community. The council encourages all employees to complete the survey by March 20. Individual responses will remain anonymous. An email reminder will be sent later this week with a link to the survey for those who missed it.


CAStLE presentation is Thursday 

The first Conversation About Student Learning and Engagement (CAStLE) event for the spring 2017 semester is Thursday, March 9, in Morris Library. More


Deferred compensation plan meetings set 

The university will host two sessions on Thursday, March 9, regarding changes with the State of Illinois Deferred Compensation Plan. More

Judges are being sought for the Illinois Junior Academy of Science Region 8 Science Fair on March 23 at the Student Center. More


Event will benefit Children’s Miracle Network hospitals

Summer camp schedule set at Touch of Nature 

Fun and adventure await children of all ages as Touch of Nature Environmental Center is offering a wide assortment of summer camp experiences. More
