‘Decal-By-Mail’ program available through June 26
The Department of Public Safety Parking Division’s Decal-By-Mail program for eligible faculty and staff for the fiscal year 2027 is available through Friday, June 26. Applicants must use payroll deduction. The salary range for decal categories have not been increased.
All full-time faculty and staff are eligible to participate in the program. Part-time faculty and staff who are not or will not be enrolled as students may also participate. Graduate assistants and teaching assistants, as well as extra-help staff are not eligible.
Submissions received after June 26 will not be processed. The forms can be found on the parking.siu.edu website — only these forms will be accepted. Forms must be sent to the Department of Public Safety via inner office mail (Mail code 6723) or in person at Trueblood Hall, 117 S. Washington St. Emailed forms will not be accepted this year. Departments on campus may want to submit decal applications as a group so that the decals can be distributed through your department.
Return all completed forms to the SIU Parking Division by mail or in person — emails will not be accepted.
