Flexible schedule summer program starts May 24
The university is offering an employee flexible-schedule program again this summer. The program will begin May 24 and will continue through July 25, 2026.
Eligible employees may request unit/department approval to flex their hours in order to shorten a workday or work week. Appropriate supervisory staff must review the work schedule requests, make a final determination if the employee is eligible, and if the request meets operational needs and may be approved.
Eligible employees who are approved for the program will work longer on certain days within a payroll period to either: 1) take a half or full workday off each week or 2) a full workday off every two weeks within the same pay period.
