E-forms update for the campus community

The eforms.siu.edu domain has been updated so that it is only accessible from SIU Carbondale’s on-campus area network or via the virtual private network (VPN). 

Any SIU Carbondale faculty, staff or students who are trying to access an e-forms link from an off-campus location without VPN access will no longer be able to view it. E-forms, along with the university’s People Finder link, is available only to on-campus clients and no longer accessible to the public. Visit SIU’s VPN Guide for more information.
