The Office of Information Technology has created an email signature generator that features SIU Carbondale’s standing as a Top Tier R1/Opportunity University and it is now available for campus use.

When using your SIU email for internal or external communication, it is important to include an email signature so that others know how to contact you and to indicate your association with the university. To maintain consistency across all areas, SIU is providing specific guidelines on how email signatures should be formatted. Enter the required details and the email signature generator will automatically format a personalized signature within these guidelines.
