SIU employee appreciation lunch special is Wednesday
SIU Carbondale’s Employee Appreciation group has worked with Carbondale Main Street to establish a designated employee lunch day for SIU faculty and staff on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The first lunch day will be Wednesday, Jan. 28.
A 10% discount will be available for lunch, beginning at 11 a.m., at Rip’s Brick Oven Pizzeria, 817 S. Illinois Ave., Carbondale. Just show your SIU faculty/staff ID to receive the discount, which is good throughout the day.
