Mail service schedule

Campus Mail Service will close at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, and resume a full schedule at 8 a.m. Jan. 5. The office will have limited staffing on Tuesday, Dec. 30, to process incoming mail, accountables (mail that requires a signature or fee) and business reply mail received from the U.S. Postal Service. Departments wishing to pick up their mail may do so between 11 a.m. and noon Dec. 30. A photo ID and signature will be required for all pickups.

Special consideration may be made with advanced notice for departments to pick up known perishable items. Contact Anthony Travelstead, mail service manager, at lusco73@siu.edu or 618-453-7601 to discuss arrangements before the close of business on Dec. 23.
