Compensation 2030 open forums today and Wednesday
Human Resources has scheduled additional open forums to address questions raised regarding the staff results of the Compensation 2030 study. Forums will be today, Oct. 13, and Wednesday, Oct. 15.
These sessions are being held virtually via Microsoft Teams. The same information is presented at each session, so attendees need to join only one. Click on a link below to join a session.
The forums are designed to:
- Provide an understanding of the job architecture and framework.
- Explain implementation plans for nonrepresented staff.
- Provide a space for employees to ask questions regarding the results of the project for nonrepresented staff.
Launched in 2024, Compensation 2030 is a comprehensive study aimed at ensuring equitable and competitive pay for faculty and staff, aligned with the university’s Imagine 2030 strategic plan. In addition, the Compensation 2030 Reconsideration Form (https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/ua9M4Ve4Lh) will be open until the close of business Friday, Oct. 24. Please note that if you have already filed a reconsideration request, Human Resources will respond to you within 60 days.
