HRSS is currently accessible in two ways

The Office of Information Technology wants to let the campus community know that SIU’s HRSS portal (Human Resources Self Service) is available in two ways. Employees working on campus can easily access HRSS via the SIU network, including Eduroam. Employees who are off campus can access HRSS through the SIU virtual private network (VPN).

Initial access to the VPN is available by request at netid.siu.edu. Consult OIT’s knowledge base article about the VPN for instructions to set up and use it.

HRSS allows faculty and staff access to personal business information such as pay slips, W-2s, tax and disclosure forms, and annual performance evaluations. For supervisors, HRSS is the source for information about their direct reports such as salary, position history and employee status.
