Information Technology invites campus community feedback on IT services
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is inviting the campus community to participate in a brief customer satisfaction survey regarding the IT services and support offered at SIU Carbondale. The survey is expected to take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Feedback gathered through this initiative will be used to assess current service levels and identify opportunities for improvement, helping OIT better align resources with the university’s needs. The effort represents a valuable opportunity to influence the direction of OIT’s services and support.

Please note that the survey is not anonymous. Respondents will be asked to provide an email address at the beginning of the survey. This information will be used to only send reminder emails if the survey is not completed in full.
OIT has partnered with Info-Tech Research Group, an independent IT research and advisory firm, to administer the survey. Anyone experiencing technical issues while completing the survey is encouraged to contact Info-Tech directly at survey@infotech.com.
