Sculptor, SIU alumnus to present visiting artist talk today
Sculptor and SIU Carbondale alumnus Tim Kowalczyk will give a free, public artist talk about his work in Wham Room 105 at 7 p.m. today, April 3.
Kowalczyk will also be giving public demonstrations from 1-4 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, April 4, in the Pulliam Hall Industrial Wing Room 0102. The demonstrations and lecture are presented by the School of Art and Design’s Visiting Artist Program and ceramics program and funded by the Fine Arts Activity Fee.
Kowalczyk earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts with a double major in ceramics and art education in 2008.
