Saluki Con 2025 offers volunteer and exhibitor opportunities, discount tickets
Saluki Con 2025 offers numerous opportunities for faculty, staff, students and campus organizations and units to volunteer or become exhibitors for the event at the Student Center on Feb. 15-16, with gaming on Feb. 14.
Volunteers are needed to assist with various aspects of the event, which features special guest stars, Esports, cosplay, gaming, vendors and much more, including a special session with Sean Astin. Help is needed with everything from setup to activities to assisting vendors afterward. Sign up online for as many two-hour shifts as you would like to work. Faculty and staff volunteers will receive a free weekend pass to Saluki Con; SIU students with ID already get free admission.
Campus and community organizations and departments and student groups are also invited to sign up to have free booths at Saluki Con. Exhibitors are encouraged to have interactive displays; no sales are allowed. Request expo space online. Expo exhibitors will receive a maximum of four complimentary weekend passes.
In addition, SIU faculty and staff can receive special discount pricing on Saluki Con tickets. Purchase tickets online and save by entering the promo code “staff25.”
