2024 W-2s available through HRSS

Faculty and staff are reminded that their W-2 forms for 2024 are available through the Human Resources Self Service (HRSS) portal for employees who agreed to receive electronic W-2s. For those who did not provide electronic consent, your 2024 W-2 form is scheduled to be mailed by Jan. 31. 

Here are a few suggestions to help you retrieve your W-2 forms. 

• Should you receive an error message that says the HRSS page doesn’t exist, try to clear your cache and/or use a private or incognito browser.
• If you’re having issues logging in, please use the “Login Assistance” link on the page and be sure to use the correct username when asking for a reset link — Network ID-Dawg Tag for the Carbondale campus, SIUMed email for the SIU School of Medicine — otherwise it won’t send the reset link.
• Use your Dawg Tag in the username field rather than SIU email address. Employees who have never logged in to HRSS before will likely need to click “Login Assistance” and follow the prompts to reset the password.
• The reset link could take up to 30 minutes to send.
