OIT earns international award
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) was recently honored with Tikit’s ITSM Award for Best Power Automate Flow. This international award celebrates the ingenuity and hard work that went into developing an automated process to provide swift and effective technology solutions.
This process collects information via simplified, user-friendly Microsoft Forms, evaluates the content and sends it directly to the OIT employees needed to accommodate the request, enhancing efficient data management and problem resolution. This also exemplifies the department’s commitment to leveraging technology solutions to improve workflows and further support the campus community.
