Judges needed for Region 8 Science Fair
Faculty and staff have the opportunity to volunteer for the annual Illinois Junior Academy of Science Region 8 Science Fair on Tuesday, Feb. 27, in the Student Center. More than 150 students in grades 7-12 from the region will compete for a chance to advance to state competition in April.
There are 19 different project categories this year. There are two judging sessions: from 8:45 to 11 a.m. and from 10:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Judging is also open to graduate and undergraduate students and the community. Volunteers can choose to judge one or both sessions. The judging registration form.
