Technology help is available
The Office of Information Technology wants to remind faculty, staff and students they can receive help with technology tools and services from SalukiTech, the campus’ single source for technology assistance and telecommunication needs.
The transition to Teams Calling VoIP continues after a phone system failure during the summer. In departments where the transition has already occurred, faculty and staff should consult with their department’s administrative staff, which has the needed equipment for calling. If you have questions about the transition or need assistance, SalukiTech is ready to help (contact information below).
Similarly, the Center for Teaching Excellence provides faculty and staff assistance developing high-quality, engaging instruction with technology, along with adopting and using technology tools to manage class activities and content.
A “Start of the Semester” checklist assists faculty with information on technology to check prior to, or early into, the semester.
