Prudential long term disability enrollment is this month

Prudential Long Term Disability is having an open enrollment period in May. No evidence of insurability form is needed to enroll during this period.

The deadline to participate for all eligible employees is May 31. To enroll, please complete the enrollment form and send to Employee Benefits. Any employee electing enrollment in Prudential during the open enrollment period will have payroll deductions start on July 1.
