OIT ‘Listening and Learning’ sessions begin Wednesday

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) invites faculty and staff to attend and participate in several “Listening and Learning” sessions hosted by Chief Information Officer Wil Clark. These sessions are an opportunity for the campus community to share thoughts, ideas and concerns as the OIT develops it strategic plan.

Participants are encouraged to offer input on:

  • Operational needs.
  • Innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Hardware, software and systems needs and/or improvements.
  • Network, communications and other university system enhancements.
  • Service quality and responsiveness.
  • Access to technology resources.
  • Technology needs and wants.
  • General concerns.

Four sessions are available:

Old Main Lounge in the Student Center

  • Wednesday, March 22 — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • April 10 — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Virtual meetings via Teams

Additionally, faculty and staff can contribute anonymous comments through the OIT’s Listening and Learning Feedback survey.
