Faculty and Staff Excellence Award nomination deadline is Feb. 3
Know someone who inspires you with their incredible talent, passion and commitment? Nominate them for a Faculty and Staff Excellence Award. The nomination deadline is 4:30 p.m. Feb. 3.
This universitywide awards program is an opportunity to publicly recognize outstanding teaching, significant scholarly and artistic contributions, and dedication to furthering the mission of the university.
Nomination packages should be submitted electronically to the Office of Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance at pperschb@siu.edu.
The seven award levels are:
- University-level Scholar Excellence Award (tenured, tenure-track).
- University-level Teaching Excellence Award (tenured, tenure-track).
- University-level Teaching Excellence Award (non-tenure track)
- University-level Early Career Faculty Excellence Award.
- Women of Distinction Award (faculty, administrative professional or civil service employees).
- Emerging Leader Award (faculty, administrative professional or civil service employees).
- University-level Staff Excellence Award (administrative professional and/or civil service employees).
