Chancellor’s Faculty-Staff Lounge schedule for November
The November schedule of the Chancellor’s Faculty-Staff Lounge at Old Main includes anti-racism, diversity, equity and inclusion and Information Technology’s “Let’s Talk Tech.”
The lounge is a place for faculty and staff to meet in an informal setting and get to know one another across departments. The faculty-staff lounge is open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and people are invited to bring their lunch or purchase food from the Student Center dining on the first floor.
Anyone interested in reserving the faculty-staff lounge for an event, or who would like to serve as a host, can email events@siu.edu. Keep checking the page as events are added throughout the month.
The November schedule is:
- Wednesday, Nov. 2 — Student Multicultural Resource Center.
- Friday, Nov. 4 – Information Technology.
- Monday, Nov. 7 — Open lunch.
- Nov. 9 — Open lunch.
- Nov. 11 — Campus closed.
- Nov. 14 — Open lunch.
- Nov. 16 — Closed for previously scheduled event.
- Nov. 18 — Open lunch.
- Nov. 21 — Open lunch.
- Nov. 23 — Open lunch.
- Nov. 25 — Campus closed.
- Nov. 28 — Open lunch.
