Women’s basketball tipoff celebration is on Oct. 23

The Saluki women’s basketball team will hold a tipoff celebration on Oct. 23 for the start of the 2022-2023 season.

The event is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Route 51 Brewing Company and Banquet Center, 18967 N. U.S. Highway 51 in Elkville. There will be food, yard games, and a photobooth set up with the 2021-2022 regular season Missouri Valley championship trophy.

New Head Coach Kelly Bond-White, along with staff and players will be there to meet fans as they prepare for the home exhibition opener against McKendree University on Nov. 5. The defending regular season MVC champions start the regular season at Banterra Center against Middle Tennessee State University on Nov. 12.
