Media Advisory: SIU legal, media experts can discuss Trump/CNN defamation lawsuit
CARBONDALE, Ill. — Faculty from the Southern Illinois University School of Law and the School of Journalism and Advertising are available to assist reporters and news crews in discussing the $475 million defamation lawsuit filed Oct. 3 by former President Donald Trump against CNN. The lawsuit alleges the network sought to damage future political campaigns.
