New Arts Jazztet will perform Friday in Cairo
New Arts Jazztet, a Southern Illinois jazz group comprising SIU faculty, will perform at the “Smooth Jazz on the River Festival” at Fort Defiance State Park in Cairo at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2. Admission is free.
NAJ was formed in 1984 among several School of Music faculty and has been in residence from that time.
