SIU System to host alumni and friends reception in Springfield July 21

Alumni and friends of the SIU System are invited to join system and campus leaders from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. July 21 for a reception at The Inn at 835, 835 S. Second St., Springfield, Illinois. 

SIU System President Dan Mahony, SIU Carbondale Chancellor Austin A. Lane, SIU Edwardsville Chancellor James T. Minor and SIU School of Medicine Dean Dr. Jerry Kruse will each provide a brief update about their respective campuses. 

Hors d'oeuvres and one complimentary drink ticket will be provided. Those planning to attend the free event are asked to register online and RSVP by July 15.
