Nominations for outstanding graduating seniors accepted
Know of a graduating senior who deserves recognition for their leadership, commitment and service to the university? The Division of Student Affairs is accepting nominations for Outstanding Leadership and Service Awards for Graduating Seniors.
The awards will recognize the achievements of students who are graduating in May or December 2022 for their commitment to leadership, service and improving the campus. Nomination forms are due by 4:30 p.m. March 4 to Jennifer Jones-Hall, dean of students, at Jennifer.Jones-Hall@siu.edu. Students who are nominated — and self-nominations are accepted — will receive an application to complete and return by 4:30 p.m. March 25.
A committee will review all applications, and decisions on award recipients will be made by April 15.
