SIU Foundation Board offering faculty research grants
Applications are being accepted for grants in support of faculty research and creative activity from the SIU Foundation Board. The board is providing $75,000 for projects focused on innovation, leadership and student success. The proposal deadline is Jan. 14, 2022.
The grant application is available here. All pre-tenure, tenure track and tenured faculty are eligible to apply. The maximum award for any one proposal is $10,000.
Awards will be announced in April 2022. The grant period shall run from date of award, July 1, 2022- June 30, 2023.
Application packets shall include an abstract, a grant narrative, a detailed budget and budget justification, brief vitae of the investigator(s) and a letter of support from the applicant's school director.
