SIU Bookstore conducting survey to help improve services
The SIU Bookstore has been serving Southern Illinois University Carbondale students, faculty, staff, alumni and visitors for decades. Now, the bookstore is asking for feedback.
The bookstore is conducting a survey to determine how it can best continue to support student success, enhance the campus experience and serve customers. People are asked to visit the survey website at campusstorefeedback.com by Dec. 15. The Follett survey takes less than five minutes to complete. Feedback from the survey will be used to improve services.
