Virtual orientation sessions set for student employment supervisors

The Student Employment Office has a series of virtual student employee supervisor orientations starting later this month.

The one-hour sessions for faculty and staff will provide information on student employment for the upcoming 2021-22 academic year. Topics will include:

  • Student employment requirements.
  • Responsibilities of the department.
  • Policies. 
  • Advertising vacancies via Handshake.
  • Hiring and payroll processes.

The sessions will also include time for Q&A.

Sessions are:

  • June 21, 9-10 a.m.
  • June 24, 2-3 p.m.
  • July 7, 9-10 a.m.
