Town halls scheduled to receive feedback on SIU System strategic plan
SIU faculty, staff, students and community members are invited to participate in town halls to provide feedback on the draft mission, vision and goal statements for the SIU System strategic plan.
The virtual town halls are:
- Monday, Feb. 15, from noon to 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, Feb. 17, from 5 to 6 p.m.
The proposed mission, vision and goal themes, as well as links to access each virtual town hall, can be found on the system strategic planning website.
Working drafts of the mission, vision and five goal themes were developed by the system’s strategic planning committee following a survey of faculty, staff, students, alumni and others. During the town halls, committee members will review the strategic planning process and receive questions as well as feedback from participants.
