Microsoft Teams online introductory sessions offered
The Office of Information Technology has developed an introductory session to show the many uses of Microsoft Teams and will offer it twice during the month of September.
The first online session is next week and is open to anyone. The second session is offered the following week. Pre-registration is required. The sessions are:
- Wednesday, Sept. 16, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
- Sept. 22, 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Teams gives users an online forum for chats, calls and meetings and offers a truly collaborative experience for participants to share their thoughts, ideas and common files in real time. Additionally, Teams provides a secure place to store, share, and access files by members of a team, whether during or outside of the actual meeting. There is also a large selection of built-in apps available to expand and complement Microsoft’s standard suite of office tools.
