Reminder on state-required training related to sexual harassment
All faculty and staff are reminded they should have completed training related to sexual harassment by the Oct. 5 deadline. Faculty, staff, graduate assistants, student employees and volunteers who have yet to take the training need to do so promptly by accessing their D2L account.
This mandatory training is part of the State of Illinois Ethics Act. At the end of the year, the university’s Office of Equity and Compliance must report to the Office of Executive Inspector General’s Office a list of names of those who have not completed the training.
