SalukiTech is undergoing reorganization
During April and May, SalukiTech will be undergoing reorganization. During the process, some services will be modified to accommodate changes in the university’s needs.
The SalukiTech Service Center in Morris Library will stop accepting personal equipment for repairs this Friday at the close of business. Starting on April 27, the Service Center will stop accepting personal equipment for software installation. During this time, the Service Center will continue to accept SIU-owned equipment for service and Dell warranty repairs.
The Service Center will close at 6 p.m., May 10. After this date, if there is a hardware issue on an SIU-owned device or a Dell warranty issue, call SalukiTech at 453-5155.
SalukiTech will open again after the reorganization. This is expected to be sometime in mid-June. Until then, the SalukiTech Help Desk is available at 453-5155 for any technical difficulties faculty, staff, and students might experience with computers.
