Nominations open for Student Employee of the Year
Faculty and staff are encouraged to submit nominations for the university’s 2019 Student Employee of the Year. Student employees make valuable contributions to the university throughout the year. The nomination deadline is Feb. 18.
Each department can nominate one student employee. The winner and runner-up will be announced during National Student Employment Week 2019, April 15-19. The winner will represent the university in the state competition with the possibility to advance to regional and national competitions.
Nomination forms with employer information are at studentjobs.siu.edu/. Nominations must be received at Student Employment Services no later than 4:30 p.m., Feb. 18. Nominations may be faxed to 453-4612, emailed as an attachment to email@example.com, or delivered in person or by campus mail to Student Services Building, Room 291, Mail Code 4702.
