Planning and Budget Council meets
The revived Chancellor’s Planning and Budget Advisory Council held its first meeting on May 9. Members were nominated to represent constituency groups as well as the budget office, provost’s office and the Higher Learning Commission Accreditation Committee. The committee will meet bi-monthly with special meetings called as needed.
At the first meeting, following a welcome by Chancellor Carlo Montemagno, council chair Judith Marshall provided an overview of the FY 18 budget. Council members discussed establishing a subcommittee to review tuition and suggested other topics for future meetings.
