Nominations open for Student Employee of the Year
The deadline to submit nominations for the university’s 2017 Student Employee of the Year is Feb. 22. Student employees make valuable contributions to the university throughout the year.
Each department can nominate one student employee. The winner and runner-up will be announced during National Student Employment Week, April 9-15. The winner will represent the university in the state competition with the possibility to advance to regional and national competitions.
Nomination forms are here, with employer information available at http://studentjobs.siu.edu/. Nominations must be received at Student Employment Services no later than 4:30 p.m., Feb. 22. Nominations may be faxed to 453-4612, emailed as an attachment to email@example.com, or delivered in person or by campus mail to Student Services Building, Room 291, Mail Code 4702.
