Saluki baseball is looking to ‘Retake the Hill’
Saluki baseball is looking to “Retake the Hill” during this weekend’s series against Wichita State, Friday through Sunday, April 29-May 1.
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, “The Hill” helped Saluki baseball regularly hold one of the top attendance numbers in the NCAA. This weekend, fans are encouraged to pack their coolers and tailgate on The Hill. Alcohol, for those of legal drinking age, is permitted, and pets are also welcome if they are kept on a six-foot leash. The Hill will open one hour prior to the first pitch. Friday’s game begins at 6:30 p.m.; Saturday’s game is at 4 p.m., and Sunday’s finale is at noon.
