Research, creative activities workshops set

Faculty, mentors and staff are asked to encourage students to attend free research and creative activities workshops sponsored by the Center for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities.

The workshops are designed to help undergraduate students by discussing what comprise research and creative activities projects, the main steps of a project, how to interpret results, and how to make effective posters for project presentations.

Each session is from 12:15 to 1 p.m. in the Student Services Building, Room 170. Lunch will be provided.

The fall schedule is:

Friday, Sept. 18 – “What is a Research and Creative Activities Project?”

Oct. 16 – “Steps to Conduct Your Project.”

Nov. 20 – “How to Interpret Your Results.”
