The inaugural “Moon Dawg 50,” a 50-mile all-night team relay event surrounding campus lake trail, is set for Oct. 2. The race will begin at 7 p.m., with registration check-in at the campus lake boat dock starting at 6 p.m. All team members must be present at packet pickup at 5 p.m.

Each relay team will consist of five to eight people. The race course will consist of approximately 23 to 25 two-mile laps surrounding the campus lake trail. Early registration before Sept. 25 is $100 per team; late registration after Sept. 25 is $140 per team. There will be no race day registration.

The race is open to faculty, staff, students and the community.
